The full-color LCD display makes it easier to see the information you need. The weighing section is equipped with a resin-filled explosion-proof digital load cell, making the base thinner and improving waterproofing. Optional extras include a water sprinkler cover for the indicator and a display cylinder to check when filling.
1. Improved waterproofing of the weighing platform (waterproof rating IP67)
The weighing platform uses a resin-filled explosion-proof load cell. This improves waterproof performance compared to conventional pressure-resistant explosion-proof structures, and makes it less susceptible to the effects of humidity and water. For LP gas filling machines, which are often installed outdoors, this prevents malfunctions caused by rain or condensation and maintains stable weighing accuracy. The resin-filled explosion-proof structure prevents the intrusion of explosive gases and steam by enclosing the electrical circuitry of the ignition source with resin.
②Full color LCD display
The full-color LCD display greatly improves the visibility of the indicator. The clear display allows you to check numerical values and operation information at a glance even while working, reducing the risk of visual errors. It also has an interactive guidance function, which displays clear instructions on the screen when an error occurs, enabling quick response.
3. Thin base for compact size
By adopting a resin-filled explosion-proof digital load cell, we have achieved a thinner weighing platform than before. Installation can be carried out by reusing an existing pit, eliminating the need for extensive foundation work. As a result, construction time can be shortened, reducing the burden of installation work and enabling a prompt start of operation.
