Disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, and suspension of use of personal information

If a customer wishes to disclose, correct, add, or delete personal information held by the Company (hereinafter referred to as ``disclosure, etc.''), the Company will promptly respond as necessary in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act. After conducting an investigation, etc., we will disclose the personal information of the customer that we retain for the period stipulated by law.

Procedures for disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, and suspension of use of personal information

In accordance with the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act, if we receive a request for disclosure of the customer's personal information held for the period stipulated by law, we will confirm that the person making the request is the ``individual'' and confirms that the ``individual'' is the person making the request. If we are able to confirm this, we will disclose the information in writing by mail.

Please note that if we determine that we cannot confirm the identity of the person using the documents sent, we will not be able to respond to your request for disclosure, etc. Please also note that documents sent when making a disclosure request will not be returned.
