Yamada Manufacturing was founded in 1927. They design, manufacture, and sell baking machines for a wide range of foods, including confectionery.
Frozen takoyaki machines now hold a 90% market share. The frozen takoyaki we casually pick up may have been cooked on a Yamada Seisakusho machine. Not only is it a market share, but we are also amazed by its tough performance, which allows it to cook 50 takoyaki in 15 seconds. We also sell to countries around the world, mainly China and Southeast Asia. We do not have standard machines, but instead manufacture machines that are completely custom-made, so we can deliver machines that meet our customers' needs.
Daido Kogyo proposes and delivers products related to the combustion of these machines.

1. The composition of gas overseas can be different from that in Japan. As a result, when the machine was delivered, there was an issue of it being difficult to ignite, but I heard that by consulting with Daido Kogyo, the problem was solved. Since fire is the key to the kiln machine, it is clear that it plays a major role.

Yamada Seisakusho's company goal and eternal challenge is to make "long-lasting, highly accurate machines." They say they never think "we can probably do it" or "we've reached our limit." They have set up a laboratory on the second floor of the company and continue to conduct research to improve their machines. I felt that it is because they do not set limits and pursue them stoically that they are able to create new, high-quality products.
President Yamada also said that "every machine we make is a test machine." Just because it's a test machine doesn't mean we deliver a half-baked machine. It's always at its best when it's in the hands of the customer. However, even after that, they continue to use customer feedback, such as "if this function were available, it would be more efficient" or "it would be easier to use," to improve the precision of the machine.
