Yamada Seisakusho was founded in 1928. We design, manufacture, and sell baking machines for a wide range of foods including confectionery.
Frozen takoyaki machines now have a 90% market share. The frozen takoyaki that we casually pick up may have been baked using machines made by Yamada Seisakusho. Not only can it be shared, but you will also be surprised at its tough performance, which allows you to grill 50 takoyaki in 15 seconds. We also sell to countries around the world, mainly China and Southeast Asia. Since we do not have standard machines and manufacture completely to order, we are able to deliver machines that meet customer needs.

Daido Kogyo proposes and delivers products related to combustion for these machines.

①The composition of gas used overseas may be different from that used in Japan. As a result, when the machine was delivered, there was an issue with it being difficult to catch fire, but I heard that they were able to resolve that issue by consulting with Daido Kogyo. Fire is the heart of a baking machine, so you can see that it plays a major role.

② "Thanks to Daido Kogyo's proposals and products, we are able to create machines that meet the needs of our users. You can feel safe even if you leave the machine alone," said Mr. Yamada, the company's president.

Our combustion equipment department will visit and discuss with the user upon request. The meeting begins with hearing what the end user is looking for.

Our major strength is that we not only have a thorough knowledge of high-level combustion technology know-how, but also have specialized technology for other types of machinery. Our staff will carry out planning such as combustion calculations, proposals, program proposals, drawing designs, equipment selection, business negotiations, etc. After receiving an order, we will also carry out on-site work, troubleshooting, and after-sales follow-up. One of the attractions is that it is a smooth and easy process for users.

また、山田社長は「作る機械は毎回テスト機」だとおっしゃっていました。テスト機だからと言って中途半端な機械を納入しているわけではありません。お客様の手に渡った時が常にベスト。ですが、その後もこんな機能があれば効率が上がる、使いやすいといった声を生かして機械の精度を高めていくそうです。

President Yamada established YMC Co., Ltd. in 2017, and has created a comfortable working environment for senior human resources and women, by reforming work styles and hiring technical intern trainees.
