The reason for introducing spot welding machines

There were two reasons that led us to introduce the DALEX spot welding machine.

①The gun depth of a normal spot welding machine was insufficient.

2. We don't want distortion to occur when welding thin plates or boxes.

As the number of requests for the production of large vehicle parts has increased, issues have arisen in responding to welding positions specified in drawings. As a result, more flexible and highly accurate welding support has been required than ever before.

Furthermore, depending on the plate thickness or the complex structure of the product, there is a possibility that distortion may occur during welding using conventional methods, and there are times when even greater care is required to maintain product quality. In fact, we were told that there has been an increase in requests from customers to "minimize distortion" and "improve the precision of the finish."

To meet these needs, the company introduced a DALEX spot welding machine, which can handle thin plates and boxes with minimal distortion.
