This is a picture of mushroom cultivation at Ono Farm.
The farm is divided into 11 buildings, each with 5 rows and 2 rows, and by thoroughly controlling the temperature and humidity in each building, stable harvests are achieved throughout the year.
Senko Kosan Co., Ltd. has recently updated the filling management system for its LPG filling machines.
The impetus for the update was the aging of the previous system. Unlike the multiple filling machines, the filling management system operates on only one unit, so if it were to stop working, the entire filling process would come to a halt. For this reason, regular updates are essential to ensure stable operation, and this installation is positioned as part of that process.
The system introduced this time is the first of a new system that will be released in 2025. Although it was the first introduction, as it is the successor model to the previous model and there was a support system in place, there were no major concerns and the company said it was able to start operation smoothly.
Six S-ER-A stationary semi-automatic LP gas filling machines are used.

After the introduction, the visibility of the screen improved and it became more intuitive to operate than before, allowing anyone to work smoothly. In addition, the displayed content has been organized, making important information easier to understand, which also helps prevent work errors.
Furthermore, it minimizes the risk of the filling management system stopping due to aging or discontinued parts production, preventing interruptions to filling operations and contributing to the stabilization of daily operations.
These improvements contribute to improving work efficiency on-site.

The menu has also been repositioned for easier intuitive operation.
