FAQ
Product Features and Performance
Q.
A.
We can handle a wide range of equipment, including industrial furnaces, drying ovens, and various heating devices.
Q.
A.
Because combustion is controlled by the rotation speed of the combustion fan, it is compact, easy to install, and easy to adjust.
Specifications and Compatibility Requirements
Q.
A.
This is a combustion air frequency-controlled gas pressure equalization valve control system.
[Combustion air frequency control]
This system adjusts the airflow of the combustion fan by using inverter control. By continuously varying the amount of combustion air through this frequency control, proportional control of the combustion load (turndown control) is achieved.
[Gas pressure equalization valve control]
The gas system employs a pressure equalization valve (integrated with the governor), a mechanism that controls the gas pressure in accordance with the combustion air pressure. The gas volume automatically adjusts proportionally to changes in the combustion air volume, maintaining an appropriate air-fuel ratio and ensuring a stable combustion state and a wide adjustment range.
Q.
A.
The turndown ratio is 1:4, which allows you to reduce the aperture to approximately 1/4.
Q.
A.
The burner unit and the control panel are separate components; the control panel is designed and manufactured separately before being provided to the customer.
Q.
A.
We support both LP gas and city gas.
Q.
A.
If necessary, we will provide you with well-founded and optimal proposals based on our past achievements and various calculation and design data.
Instructions for use and operation
Q.
A.
Securely fix the burner in place and ensure that the combustion air volume (oxygen volume) and furnace pressure are properly maintained.
If you are using hot air conversion, be sure to install a blower fan or circulation fan.
Q.
A.
When linked with our company's designed and manufactured control panel, basic automated operation is possible.
Q.
A.
This is possible by combining it with a thermometer.
Q.
A.
To maintain proper combustion and ensure safety, we recommend annual inspections and adjustments. (Article 299 of the Industrial Safety and Health Regulations)
Q.
A.
We also offer on-site service upon request. Please contact us if you need regular inspections, repairs, or combustion test run adjustments.
Regarding troubleshooting and handling of problems/malfunctions
Q.
A.
Please check the adjustment status of the air-fuel ratio and gas pressure.
