また、成績書発行、検査結果データ出力などの最終事務処理も行います。

耐圧試験を行う容器を呼び出し、検査を行う順に予約していきます。
呼び出し予約方法は、記号番号の手入力やロット一括呼び出し、バーコードスキャナによる呼び出し、完全自動のタグ読み取りシステムとの連動などオプション仕様も含め複数ございます。
呼び出して予約された容器は、順次、耐圧試験装置に容器情報を送信し、耐圧試験データ(測定結果)を受信し、事務所サーバへ送ります。

By connecting the pressure test equipment to the system, cylinder information and test results that were previously checked manually and visually can now be managed as data.

How do I schedule an inspection for cylinder?

By converting cylinder information into data in advance and registering it in the system, it is possible to manually input code numbers when working on-site to call up individual containers, or to make batch inspection reservations by lot.

Can the items in the inspection report be customized?

We will discuss your requests with you and try to accommodate them as much as possible. (There are limitations on paper size and the information that can be printed.)
