Post-exhibition report from the "2026 International Welding Show"

Daido Kogyo Co., Ltd. exhibited at the "2026 International Welding Show," held at Tokyo Big Sight for four days from September 16th (Wed) to September 19th (Sat), 2026. The exhibition attracted 90,869 visitors over the four days and concluded successfully.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the many customers who visited the Daido Kogyo booth during the exhibition.

We hope that this post-exhibition report will convey the appeal of our new products to those who were unable to attend.

Due to construction work at the venue, this year's exhibition was held only in the West Exhibition Hall, but it felt as vibrant as ever. Many new products and technologies were announced by each exhibitor, and there was active information exchange and discussion at the venue. We were also able to hear valuable opinions and frank requests from users, whom we don't usually have the opportunity to speak with directly, making it a very meaningful four days.

We are pleased to announce the launch of automatic rotation and sizing devices for our AXXAIR cutting machine series, which we have been selling for some time.
The automatic rotation device and the sizing device were exhibited for the first time at the welding show, and we feel that many visitors stopped to take a look at them.

• Automatic handle rotation device: When attached to AXXAIR cutting machines (CC122, CC172, CC222, CC322), it enables automatic cutting.
• Loading roller: A loading roller that allows for height adjustment of cutting machine. Smooth cutting is possible even when the diameter of the pipe being cutting changes.
• Manually adjustable discharge roller: The discharge roller is equipped with a manual adjustable stopper, allowing for precise dimension setting.

Pressing the button will start the automatic cutting.

AXXAIR also exhibited an automatic pipe welding machine.
You can recall welding conditions simply by selecting the pipe size. Furthermore, recalled welding conditions can be saved or printed to journal paper.
It provides compact and stable welding, making it ideal for working in confined spaces and at heights.

This time, we exhibited and demonstrated a grinder that produces fewer sparks, although this was a reference exhibit.
This product is designed for use in environments where spark generation needs to be minimized, such as plants and shipbuilding.

By using it for grinding before and after welding or before painting, or for rust removal, the risk of ignition can be reduced.

The second item is an air grinder made by Safety Tools.
This shows that the generation of sparks is suppressed.

As an international exhibition, sales representatives from overseas manufacturers whose products are sold by Daido Kogyo also participated in the exhibition.

HBS GmbH (Germany), a manufacturer of stud welding machines, sent us the following message: "Working with everyone at the booth was a true demonstration of what great teamwork and a strong partnership look like. It was a great honor to work alongside such a dedicated and wonderful team. We look forward to continuing to work together and build success towards our common goals."
