Mitsuwa Co., Ltd. operates a wide range of businesses related to local life, including handling LP gas, industrial gas, and industrial high-pressure gas, as well as gas stations, automobile sales, maintenance, and sheet metal painting, rental cars, sales and renovations of home appliances, and a cafe business.

Removal of existing filling machine

Why update the filling machine?

The existing filling machines were costly to maintain and repair, and repairs were time-consuming as they had to be carried out from far away.

How to install

Each filling machine is placed on a rotating table.
Install it.

Benefits after implementation

The update work took about 2 weeks. When we asked if there were any concerns before or during the construction period, we received the following response: ``We had a thorough meeting beforehand, so we were able to begin the construction period without any concerns.'' If the air or electricity supply is cut off due to a disaster, the valve will close automatically to prevent gas leaks. Also,during filling, cylinder is held and fixed by four arms, so there is no need to worry about cylinder tipping over when rotating.

The filling machine before the upgrade also had a system, but by using a system from the same manufacturer as the neighboring filling station, it has become easier to exchange cylinder data. Not only is the upgrade from the existing semi-automatic filling machine to a new 3/4 automatic filling machine expected to improve work efficiency, but the comprehensive repair and maintenance services also mean that filling operations can be carried out with peace of mind.
