Long delivery times due to outsourcing of pipe bending
Since the COVID-19 outbreak, YST Co., Ltd. has outsourced pipe bending work as work on the manufacture of ship handrails has increased. As outsourced work took approximately two weeks to deliver, they lost orders and began considering in-house production. As they were updating their equipment using subsidies, they prioritized the ring roller bender, and we delivered it in August 2024.

Another major benefit is that they can flexibly make corrections and fine adjustments by doing everything from purchasing to processing and installation in-house. Ercolina's bender is compact in size and can be moved on casters, so it can be carried to any available space in the factory for work. In addition, ring roller bender can be used both vertically and horizontally, so YST uses them horizontally. This is because the longest length of the processed material is 6m, and the weight of the material prevents it from undoing the bend during processing.

The standard rollers can be used to bend flat bars, angles, and square pipes. By adding the optional pipe rollers, pipe bending becomes possible.
