Due to the aging of the existing filling machines and the increasing frequency of maintenance, the filling machines were updated in 2023 and 2024. As it was approaching 20 years since the opening of Gas One Park Ageo in 2003, the complete renewal was positioned as a milestone, and since around 2020 the company has been gradually securing the budget and considering the priority of the updates.

The main reasons for selecting UNIDACK's filling machines for this update were that "they have a system in place that allows for quick response when there is a problem" and "the reliability based on past performance" were major factors. Furthermore, by standardizing the filling machine manufacturer within the group, cylinder data can be linked and information management can be unified, which has been highly praised as leading to improved work efficiency.

The stationary filling machines and conveyors were also updated in sequence, and the renovation was completed in 2024.

The biggest benefit of the upgrade is that the frequency of errors and the time required for maintenance have been significantly reduced. As a result, work efficiency has improved, and even during the busy winter season, there is almost no overtime work required, making for efficient filling operations.

The average daily filling volume is 65 tons per year, and reaches 75 tons at peak times (January average), so it is extremely important to find ways to increase productivity efficiently.

In addition, in preparation for annual regular maintenance, we ask them to keep daily records of which machines have experienced which types of errors, which allows us to focus inspections on the machines that require it. Thanks to this advance information, we can hold meetings in advance with our and Kubota's service personnel, which allows us to get to work smoothly on site.

Furthermore, the equipment specifications were changed in this upgrade, eliminating the need for parts that had to be frequently replaced on the old model. As a result, the cost of replacing parts has been significantly reduced, which has also led to a reduction in the burden of maintenance.

The color is GasOne Green and is a custom order specification.
