If any part of the fully automatic filling machine breaks down, will all filling operations come to a halt?

no.
The fully automatic filling machine has a cap removal device, recognition device (automatic barcode reading), remaining gas scale, filling machine, excess/deficiency meter, and gas leak detection device, and is equipped with a function that will skip operation of only that device if any of the devices breaks down.

How many fills can a fully automatic filling machine do in one hour?
A.
For 8-unit: Approximately 5.2 tons, for 10-unit: Approximately 6.4 tons, for 12-unit: Approximately 7.5 tons.
*Varies depending on remaining gas volume, cylinder ratio, liquid transfer pump capacity, etc.

What is the maximum cylinder size that can be used with the fully automatic filling machine?
A.
We can handle cylinder from 50 to 20 kg.
cylinder under 20 kg or non-center valve cylinder must be filled using a manual filler.
