The MC-AD-III is equipped with cylinder transport conveyor in the weighing section of the filling machine, so cylinder are automatically loaded and unloaded.
Since the S-ER-A uses free rollers rather than a conveyor, cylinder are loaded and unloaded by hand.

If you scan the label of the next cylinder while filling, the next cylinder will be automatically brought in after automatic dispensing is completed.

The valve closing operation is double-checked by a "torque check" and a "check of the closing end of the valve opening and closing cylinder." If either check is not completed, the filling unit is designed not to come off, so you can use it safely without worrying about gas leaks.

cylinder from 50kg to 5kg (including siphons) can be filled semi-automatically. cylinder under 5kg can be filled with a manual nozzle.

When the air pressure drops (below 0.4MPa), the filling valve closes automatically.
