To what extent is the semi-automatic stationary type automated?
A.
The only manual tasks performed by the operator are scanning cylinder label, attaching the filling unit, and pressing the filling start button; all other operations are automated.

There are two types of semi-automatic stationary type, what is the difference?
A.
The MC-AD-III is equipped with cylinder transport conveyor in the weighing section of the filling machine, so cylinder are automatically loaded and unloaded.
Since the S-ER-A uses free rollers rather than a conveyor, cylinder are loaded and unloaded by hand.

What is the reservation function?
A.
If you scan the label of the next cylinder while filling, the next cylinder will be automatically brought in after automatic dispensing is completed.

Is torque management performed when automatically tightening valves?
A.
The valve closing operation is double-checked by a "torque check" and a "check of the closing end of the valve opening and closing cylinder." If either check is not completed, the filling unit is designed not to come off, so you can use it safely without worrying about gas leaks.
Q.
Up to what kilogram cylinder can be filled semi-automatically? What about other cylinder?
A.
cylinder from 50kg to 5kg (including siphons) can be filled semi-automatically. cylinder under 5kg can be filled with a manual nozzle.
Q.
Are there any safety measures in case of an emergency?
A.
When the air pressure drops (below 0.4MPa), the filling valve closes automatically.
In addition, the valve is automatically closed to prevent gas leakage from the valve.
