Compared to our conventional electronic LP gas filling machines with a pressure-resistant explosion-proof structure, this model achieves an even more compact design. Its lower price makes it even easier to implement.

The base structure is thin and compact so that existing pits can be reused. The short construction period, during which the electronic conversion can be done over the weekend, is proving popular.

Reliable filling with a mass scale.

The mass filling is done using high-precision electronic scales, ensuring accuracy and peace of mind. The load cell, which acts as the weight sensor, is also manufactured by Kubota.

How much does the filling machine weigh?

It weighs about 130 kg.

Please tell me the construction period.

Depending on the number of filling machines, it will take about three days from the start of removal to the final inspection.The base structure is thin and compact so that it can be installed in the existing pit.

What additional work is required to install a filling machine?

Any or all of the following will be required: foundation pit construction, LPG piping construction, air piping construction, and electrical construction. This will vary depending on your facility requirements, so please contact us for details.
This product is also intrinsically safe and explosion-proof. To maintain explosion-proof performance, a separate Class A ground is required.

Is it okay if the filling machine gets wet during the water spray test?

It is not waterproof, so some precautions are necessary. Please cover the top of the filling machine, where the controls and display are located. Also, please take measures such as installing a drainage pipe to prevent water from accumulating in the pit.
