Depending on the number of filling machines, it will take about three days from the start of removal to the final inspection.The base structure is thin and compact so that it can be installed in the existing pit.

What additional work is required to install a filling machine?

Any or all of the following will be required: foundation pit construction, LPG piping construction, air piping construction, and electrical construction. This will vary depending on your facility requirements, so please contact us for details.
This product is also intrinsically safe and explosion-proof. To maintain explosion-proof performance, a separate Class A ground is required.

Is it okay if the filling machine gets wet during the water spray test?
A.
It is not waterproof, so some precautions are necessary. Please cover the top of the filling machine, where the controls and display are located. Also, please take measures such as installing a drainage pipe to prevent water from accumulating in the pit.
