Yes, that's possible. For the first 1-3 months, you will be accompanied by senior employees and superiors to gain knowledge and sales skills. Even after you start working independently, there are plenty of opportunities to learn, such as in-house study sessions, manufacturer training, and obtaining qualifications.

A Class 1 driver's license (automatic transmission only acceptable) is required for both new graduate and mid-career hires. If you do not have one at the time of the interview, we ask that you obtain one before joining the company.
