Reason for introducing CD stud welding machine

Aiming to further improve product quality, the company was considering introducing a stud welding machine. Until now, when manufacturing signs (box lettering signs), the company had been using a method of fixing bolts with TIG welding. However, TIG welding is prone to distortion due to heat, which can affect the appearance and precision. In addition, a lot of work is required to correct the distortion, which has led to issues in terms of productivity and cost.

In particular, in sign manufacturing, the beauty of the appearance is important, and the effects of distortion can affect the product value itself. To achieve their policy of "We want to stably provide high-quality products at low cost and short delivery times," they were considering introducing a new construction method. They consulted with Tosan Co., Ltd., a dealer with whom they have a regular relationship, who suggested the option of a stud welding machine, which led to the introduction of the machine. Compared to TIG welding, stud welding has less heat impact on the base material, and they were highly praised for its beautiful finish and stable strength.
