The company had been considering upgrading its existing fully automatic pressure test equipment, manufactured by another company, for the past two to three years due to its age. Repairs to the previous equipment would take anywhere from half a day to a full day when it broke down, causing disruption to business operations during that time.
When upgrading, the new equipment was required to be easy to maintain, improve work efficiency, and be able to inspect FRP cylinder.
When we made the proposal, the client understood that our equipment fully met these requirements.In addition, our equipment is also used in nearby testing facilities, and by actually visiting the facility, the client was able to get a concrete image of what it would be like after implementation.

One of the major benefits of the upgrade is that, despite switching from the previous fully automatic equipment to a semi-automatic (simplified) device, stable operation has been achieved without a decrease in the number of bottles processed. This has prevented the production line from stalling and contributed greatly to improving work efficiency. Furthermore, it is now possible to operate with the same number of personnel as before, improving work efficiency while minimizing the increase in personnel.
The energy-saving effect of the equipment cannot be overlooked either. By updating the existing water-tube type pressure test equipment to a non-tank test equipment, the amount of water required for pressure testing was significantly reduced. As a result, water bills were saved by approximately 20,000 yen per month, leading to reduced running costs. This also led to reduced excessive water usage, resulting in more efficient operation.
Furthermore, they said that it is possible to accommodate small cylinder and FRP cylinder with options, allowing them to flexibly meet a variety of inspection needs.
The device is equipped with cylinder fixing and tipping devices on both sides.
The compatible cylinder materials are steel and aluminum,
