Product features
One cylinder is fixed to each side of the device body, and pressure resistance tests are performed alternately on the left and right sides.
Work such as fixing cylinder, operating the valve when cylinder falls over, and attaching screw joints and metal fittings are all done manually, but the pressure test and drainage and drying processes are all performed automatically.

What level of work can be done with pressure test equipment?
A.
The fully automatic type automatically performs the entire series of pressure testing steps, including water injection, pressure resistance, drainage, and drying.
The simple type requires manual operation by an operator for fastening cylinder, attaching the fittings, and tipping, but the pressure-resistance process and drainage and drying process are performed automatically.

What types of cylinder can you accommodate?
A.
The fully automatic model is compatible with 10-50kg and 50kg siphon cylinder.
The simple type is available in 8-50 kg capacity, with a 50 kg siphon cylinder and an FRP cylinder (optional).
*Small cylinder and car cylinder can be handled with a manual type (manual pump type).

How many units can be processed for each specification?
A.
The maximum processing capacity is 25 to 30 bottles per hour for the fully automatic type and 15 to 20 bottles per hour for the simple type.
*Please note that the time required for filling with water, etc. varies depending on the type of cylinder, so please use this as a guideline.
