What is the UniTwin P used for?

A.

It is effective for pre-assembly of rebar in construction and other related fields, and contributes to resolving labor shortages.

What can be welded?

A.

Steel bars (iron wire) can be welded.
Size: D10 x D10, D10 x D13, D13 x D3, D16 x D10

Q.

What is the difference between this and the standard UniTwin?

A.

It is possible to place the stirrup bars facing downward and weld the sacrificial bars to the inside. (The standard type cannot be welded downward.)Click here for usage examplesPlease see.

What is the required electrical capacity of the breaker and compressor?

A.

Breaker: Constant current type 150A or more, inverter type 100A or more.
*This may vary depending on your usage environment.

Compressor: 1.5Kw (2 horsepower) required.
*The compressor is not included in the Uni Twin P set and must be ordered separately.

Q.

Is it okay to put water into the cooling water circulation system?

A.

Basically, please add coolant. If you do not use coolant, it may freeze in winter and cause machine breakdown. We will provide you with a quote for details.
