By calculating the optimal combustion rate for each product (material) processed in the furnace, we achieve both improved heating efficiency, stable quality, and energy savings.

Selection of various blowers (fans)


Based on the furnace size, duct diameter, and workpiece conditions, we perform calculations to select the optimal combustion and circulation fans. This maintains a uniform furnace temperature, ensuring stable quality, improved yield, and reliable operation.

Design and manufacturing of control panels


We design and manufacture custom-made control panels tailored to the specific equipment environment and operating methods of each site. We also prioritize ease of operation and maintainability, minimizing trouble and hassle.

Selection of safety devices


Each component, such as the flame rod (flame detector) to prevent burner malfunction, the gas pressure switch, and the interlock circuit, is customized to the optimal combination depending on usage conditions such as reduced wiring and space requirements, the communication method with the control panel (relay control, PLC, etc.), and the amount of work involved during installation.
