In addition to opening and closing cylinder valve, this is a multi-function semi-automatic type that is even more convenient.

After the filling unit is installed, valve opening and closing, filling, and unit removal are all automated.
Also compatible with non-center valve cylinder such as siphon cylinder.
It can also semi-automatically fill small cylinder (5kg cylinder and above).

The valve opens and closes automatically.

By installing the automatic filling unit, all the previously cumbersome operations, from opening and closing cylinder valve to automatic filling and detaching the filling unit, can be automated.

Compatible with non-center valve cylinder

cylinder enables semi-automatic filling even with siphon cylinder that do not have a center valve. It is recommended for applications where multiple forklift cylinder are to be filled in a rotary manner.

Semi-automatic handling of small cylinder

Semi-automatic filling is possible even for small cylinder (5kg cylinder and above). *A filling port height of 350mm or more is required.

How automatic is the semi-automatic rotary type?

The operator must manually scan cylinder label, place cylinder on the turntable, and attach the filling unit. The subsequent filling and removal of the filling unit are automated.
*The removal of cylinder after removal can be automated by using an automatic removal device.

What types of cylinder can be filled?

It can fill cylinder 50kg to 5kg (including siphons). cylinder under 5kg can be filled by adding an optional manual nozzle. *Please contact us if you would like to use an automatic discharge device.

How many stations can the filling machine handle?

Available in 6-row, 8-row, 10-row, and 12-row configurations.
