Improved waterproofing of the weighing platform
(Waterproof grade IP67)

The weighing platform uses a resin-filled explosion-proof load cell. Compared to conventional pressure-resistant explosion-proof structures, it is more waterproof and less susceptible to the effects of humidity and water.

The full-color LCD display greatly improves visibility. The clear display allows you to check numerical values and operation information at a glance even while working, reducing the risk of visual errors.

Achieving shorter construction time

The adoption of a resin-filled explosion-proof digital load cell has made it possible to make the weighing platform thinner. Installation can be carried out by reusing an existing pit, eliminating the need for extensive foundation work.

Is pit construction required when updating a filling machine?

Please compare your existing pit with the pit reference diagram.
There are variations in the dimensions and specifications of the weighing platform, so we can also propose specifications that suit your existing pit.

Please tell me the construction period.

If an existing pit is used, installation can be completed in just 1-2 days, and can be completed over a weekend. From the start of removal to the final inspection, it takes approximately 3 days to complete.

Is it okay if the filling machine gets wet during the water spray test?

The S-EA-IV has enhanced waterproofing and is water resistant, but it is not a completely waterproof product, so please take measures such as ensuring drainage in the pit and covering the indicator.

A special cover for watering is available as an option.

What should I do if thunder starts to rumble while I'm filling up?

Lightning strikes can damage electronic components, so if you hear thunder nearby, stop operation and turn off the power.
